Fry's Cookie Booth Letter
Fry's stores have requested that each troop bring a copy of this letter
with you and give it to the Store Manager when you check in for your booth.

Re: Annual Cookie Sales
Dear Ms. Keegan,
Thank you for your letter requesting the opportunity to sell Girl
Scout Cookies in front of our stores.
Fry's Food Stores Operating Committee has given the Girl Scouts
Arizona Cactus-Pine Council permission to use the front of all
Fry's stores in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, on February 22nd
through 24th, February 29th through March 2nd, March 7th through
9th, March 14th through 16th, 2008, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on
Saturdays and Sundays, on Fridays 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Our Store
Managers will be notified that your organization has permission
for the above dates. There must be at least 1 adult for every
4 children. Participants must be at least twenty feet from the
entrance of our stores. Please -- No soliciting at the doors, or
in our parking lots. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may
result in future denials of request to use our storefronts due
to shopping center, HOA, and landlords restrictions.
I will notify the designated stores with their schedule times
and dates in advance. Please be sure to give a copy of this
letter to each Troop leader, so they can present it to the
Manager in charge when they arrive at the store.
We wish you and your members much success in your endeavors.
Again, thank you for allowing Fry's to participate. We are
grateful for your support of Fry's Food Stores.
