Cookie Booth City Rules and Sales Permits
Each city has their own rules that apply to us as we sell cookies.
Some cities require permits, and others have specific rules for selling.
Our Council office has secured permission from all of the cities,
including getting permits where necessary, so we're not
breaking any rules by selling.
Here is a compilation of the permits and additional rules that I know of,
If you know of any we are missing, please let me know ASAP.

The City of Scottsdale requires us to have a Solicitation permit to allow us
to sell anything in Scottsdale (this applies to all cookie sales, whether door-to-door, at
an office, at a cookie booth, etc.). All girls selling cookies in Scottsdale will need to have this
number on their order forms. Please have them write this on the form
or on a sticker attached to the form. Anyone boothing in Scottsdale
should have this information with them. (It will be listed on your
booth confirmation, as well.)
Please pay attention to the particular rules where you will be selling.
