The Old Cookie Booth Request Form

Cookie Booth Dates: Friday February 22 through Sunday March 16, 2008
This form is only used to request cookie booths at stores listed on
the 2008 Cookie Booth Location List. If you want to hold a cookie booth at some
other location, you do not need to fill out this form and you may c Location List. If you want to hold a cookie booth at some
other location, you do not need to fill out this form and you may contact them
directly. For more information, see Information on Running
a Cookie Booth or Booth Locations Scheduled by Council.
Cookie booth request forms should be submitted between January 2, 2008 and
January 12, 2008. If your request is not received by January 12, 2008, we can
not guarantee booth placement. For more information about how booths are
assigned, see Cookie
Booth Assignment Procedure. After one booth has been assigned for
all troops whose requests arrived on time, additional booths
will be assigned by date of receipt up to a total of 2-4 cookie booths
(depending on total number of booths requested and availability). After all
troops have received their requested cookie booths, any additional booths will
be available on a first-come basis.
